All in stock items will be dispatched on average within 5-7 working days of order & receipt of full payment. In many cases dispatches are made sooner than 5 working days.
All items are sent within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, International orders will also be sent via a trackable delivery service. The service used will depend on the destination country.

All unwanted or faulty items should be returned to us in their original condition including all original packaging, along with your name, address, email and order details. Before doing so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return address details.

All of our pierced earrings and customisable services are completed upon your request and are therefore non-refundable unless there is a fault with our services or the products that we supply to you.
How to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 working day of payment. Please note however that this does not apply to any of our custom services as these are custom services undertaken at your request.
If you do wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your cancellation request. All orders will be cancelled immediately unless they have already been dispatched in which case you will need to return the item to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
All Love My Custom jewellery has been made with A LOT of love. To ensure that your jewellery maintains its original look please do as follows:
- Never spray perfume or cosmetics on or near your jewellery.
- Store all your jewellery separately to prevent accidental damage, or scratching.
- Do not use silver cleaner on costume jewellery.
- Avoid excessive impact against hard surfaces.
- Avoid excessive contact with water
